In various places details offers to open pre-populated emails for a faster workflow.
These emails will open via the common mailto scheme in your current default email-program.
To select your default email program in FIREFOX, go to PREFERENCES, then APPLICATIONS and type the word "mailto" in the search field.
You will find a dropdown selection with your available email programs.
Select the program you want to use.
For clients who use Gmail as their default email program and want to have Firefox open emails directly in Gmail, you may need to install an external Firefox Add-On. For Mac users we have heard that Kiwi for Mac is working well.
