To reset your password, please follow the following steps:
Step 1:
Click on the "Password Reset" button in the login screen.
Step 2:
In the text-box enter your User Name (login name) which you use to access the system and then click on the Password Reset button.
A new password will be sent to your email.
You can now login using the new password.
